If you have used another website to find us, we will obtain the name of the website from which you have linked to our web page.
• Hypelocker will obtain your Personal Data from third parties, such as from Facebook or Google in case you decide to log in to the Hypelocker website by using Facebook or Google account. In case you decide to use such functionality, Hypelocker will have access only to the following Personal Data: your first and last name and e-mail address. Other Personal Data that you have shared with such third party will not be shared by Hypelocker.

Hypelocker relies on different legal bases to collect and process your Personal Data. These include:

  In case you give us your explicit consent to do so, we may collect and process some of your Personal Data for a certain purpose expressly specified in your consent. Certain information is collected and processed since it is essential for Hypelocker to be able to provide you the Services. For example, if you purchase products from our web shop, we need to know your first and last name and address in order to be able to deliver ordered products to you.

Hypelocker may collect and use some of your Personal Data in case we have legitimate interest to do so. We consider that we have legitimate interest and may collect and process your Personal Data to:

• keep our Services safe and to prevent fraud, abuse or other illegal activities;

Where is your data processed?

Your Personal Data will mostly be processed in the Republic of Croatia. Exceptionally, your Personal Data may be processed in other countries in case it is processed by third parties providing services to Hypelocker, as described further in text.

Sharing your personal data with third parties

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to third parties your Personal Data. However, Hypelocker may share your Personal Data with trusted third parties (subcontractors) that provide services to Hypelocker. Hence, your Personal Data may be provided, for example, to providers of IT services, legal counsels, partners engaged for processing payments or delivery of products ordered through our web shop etc., all for the purpose of assisting Hypelocker in providing a quality service to its customers. Such service providers will have access only to the information necessary for performing their obligations towards Hypelocker and will process your Personal Data under strict contractual confidentiality agreements, in accordance with this Privacy Policy and relevant regulations, notably Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of The European Parliament and of the Council (“General Data Protection Regulation”).

Informations that Hypelocker collects and that has been anonymized in the manner that it may no longer be linked to you as an individual will not be considered as Personal Data. Hypelocker may share such anonymous data with third parties for advertising, marketing or other business purposes.

Retaining your personal data

Hypelocker will retain your Personal Data as long as it is necessary to provide you the Services. In case the processing of your Personal Data is based on your consent and you withdraw your consent given for processing of certain Personal Data in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy, all Personal Data for processing of which the consent was withdrawn will be deleted.

Protection of your personal data

Hypelocker maintains appropriate administrative, physical and technical safeguards for protection of security and confidentiality of your Personal Data that Hypelocker collects. These include, among other, the following:

If you provide us with your Personal Data, you will have right to (at any time):

• obtain from Hypelocker confirmation which Personal Data related to you Hypelocker processes and what is the purpose of such data processing;
• ask Hypelocker to correct your Personal Data in case Personal Data concerning you is inaccurate;
• ask Hypelocker to delete from Hypelocker database some or all Personal Data collected in connection with the provision of Services;
• withdraw your consent for processing of certain Personal Data for a specific purpose;
• obtain from Hypelocker Personal Data that you have provided us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. You are entitled to transmit that information to another data controller, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.

Hypelocker website utilizes cookies for statistical purposes, to ascertain which pages are visited and how often and to enhance your online experience upon your return.

Cookies are used in order to make our offer more user-friendly, increase efficiency and safety. Cookies enable us to recognize your browser when you visit our website again.
